The objective is to provide the technology, skills, and training necessary to enter the labor market, as well as the confidence and soft skills essential to succeed.  It is our hope that with strategic management, time and resources, the students and ultimately the community will benefit from poverty reduction, female and economic empowerment.

The program will work by delivering carefully curated educational content to students to learn specific skills in Tailoring and fashion that they can then market to start their own business or find a job.  The program, which includes classroom-based training and apprenticeship will open the door for Nigerians who have limited means and opportunities to become more independent, earn income, and improve their socio-economic status.
