Preston Tulay – Advisor to the Board & IT Consultant

Mr. Preston Tulay is experienced in Information Communication Technology (ICT) offerings in international development, education and training, STEM, program planning, project development and implementation, operating procedures, policy design, acquisitions and coordination.  He has a M.Sc., Applied Computer System Management, University of Global Campus in Maryland and a B.B.A., Computer Based Information Systems from Howard University, Washington, DC.

Daniel Nsomekela – Advisor to the Board

Daniel Nsomekela was born in Zambia in 1976 and started a National Christian Organization for Disabled – NACODI, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in late 1999 to coordinate, mobilize resources and support individuals with physical and mental constraints. He has provided wheelchairs and clutches to people with disabilities in Zambia.

He moved to the United States in 2005, where he continued to impact people with disabilities in Africa. He received Associate degree in Social Science from Richland, Texas in 2010 and B.A degree in Political Science from University of Texas at Dallas in 2015.

In 2011, Daniel Nsomekela formed Disability (Daniel) Integration Initiative (Institute) for Africa to focus on disability policy implementation in Africa and mandate of improvement of the life of the disabled in Africa.

Tanya Ivory Mayes – Advisor to the Board & Fashion Consultant

Tanya Ivory Mayes is the designer for The Ivory Collection label. Tanya studied Fashion Design in the Art Department and Marketing at University of North Texas. Tanya is also an award winning designer. The Textiles and Costume Institute of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston awarded her the Honorable Mention, Ready-To-Wear 1996 Fine Arts Fashion Award. The Ivory Collection has been featured in WWD, the Houston Chronicle and the Dudley’s hair book.

Tanya has been featured on Channel 8 and Fashion Where It’s at and other television programs. Tanya has also worked in wardrobe on films including “The King of The World” an ABC movie about Muhammad Ali and music videos. She has artistic talent, including the ability to sketch, paint sew, design and write. The Ivory Collection fashions have been on the runways of Chicago, North Carolina and New York in NYC Live! @ Fashion Week. The label has been in select small boutiques previously. Tanya has taught sewing for Leisure Learning in Houston.
